Outpatient Dermatological Surgery (By Appointment)
We provide specialized day-surgery for various skin tumors and lesions. To ensure the highest safety and precision, all surgical procedures are conducted on an appointment basis.
Conditions We Treat: Skin cysts (Atheroma), Nevi (Moles), Soft fibromas (Skin tags), Lipomas, Dermatofibromas, and more.
Biopsy & Diagnosis: Excised tissues are sent for histopathological examination to accurately determine whether the tumor is benign or malignant.
Referral System: If inpatient care is required or if a procedure exceeds our clinic's scope, we will promptly provide a referral to an appropriate general hospital.
If you are considering surgical removal, please visit us for an initial consultation. Our specialist will evaluate your condition and discuss the best path forward.
皮肤外科日归手术（预约制）
本院提供各类皮肤肿瘤及肿物的门诊日归手术。为了确保手术质量与安全，所有手术均采取预约制。
诊疗范围： 粉瘤（皮脂腺囊肿）、色素痣（黑痣）、软纤维瘤（皮赘）、脂肪瘤、皮肤纤维瘤等。
组织病理诊断： 手术切除后的组织将进行病理切片检查，以明确肿瘤的良恶性，确保诊断结果准确无误。
双向转诊服务： 若病情需要住院治疗或超出本院诊疗范围，我们将为您推介并转诊至合适的综合性大型医院。

No appointment is required for general consultations. Please come directly to the clinic during reception hours.

Female Doctors: Thursdays and the 1st/3rd Saturdays.
Male Doctors: All other days.
Please note that part-time doctors may cover certain shifts. If you wish to be seen by a specific doctor, please call us in advance to confirm the daily schedule.

■ For Minor Patients (Under 18) / 关于未成年人就诊
Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult if it is their first visit or if there has been a significant gap since their last visit. We may not be able to accept unaccompanied minors.
18岁以下的初诊患者，或距上次就诊时间较长的复诊患者，请务必由家长或成年人陪同。若无成年人陪同，我们可能无法为您办理挂号。
■ Surgery Appointments / 关于手术预约
Surgeries are performed on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays and require a prior appointment.
Please consult with the doctor first, as some conditions or locations may not be suitable for outpatient surgery.
手术时间为第1及第3个周六，采取预约制。
根据患处部位或症状，可能存在无法在本院手术的情况。请先通过医生诊察进行评估。

■ Health Insurance / 关于医保
We accept all types of Japanese Public Health Insurance. Please present your insurance card at the reception to ensure your visit is covered.
本院接受日本各种公共医疗保险。就诊时请务必出示您的健康保险证。
■ Payment Methods / 支付方式
To maintain efficient clinic operations, we follow a specific payment policy:
CASH ONLY (Japanese Yen): Payments for standard consultations (e.g., eczema, acne, rashes, and other general skin conditions) must be settled in Cash. We do not accept credit cards or digital payments for routine medical services.
Credit Cards Accepted: We accept credit card payments ONLY for Dermatological Surgery (such as cyst removal) and Private (Self-pay) consultations for patients without Japanese health insurance.
⚠️ 仅限现金： 一般皮肤科门诊（如湿疹、痤疮、皮疹等常见皮肤病）仅支持现金支付。此类诊療暂不支持信用卡或电子支付。
可使用信用卡的情况： 仅在进行皮肤外科手术（如粉瘤切除等），或不使用日本保险的自费诊疗时，支持信用卡付款。
■ Estimated Costs (Self-Pay) / 自费诊疗费用标准
For patients without Japanese health insurance, the initial consultation fee typically ranges from ¥5,000 to ¥10,000. Total costs may vary depending on the specific tests, procedures, or prescriptions required.
若您没有日本健康保险，初诊费用大约在 5,000至10,000日元 之间。最终费用将根据实际的检查、处置内容及药方有所调整。

1. Preparation & Appointment / 准备与预约
English: No appointment is needed for general skin concerns—please visit us directly. However, Surgical Procedures are strictly by appointment.
普通门诊无需预约，请直接来院。皮肤外科手术则需提前预约。
2. What to Bring / 来院携带物品
Please bring your Physical Health Insurance Card (or Myna-portal ID) and CASH (Japanese Yen).
请务必携带健康保险证（或个人番号卡）及日元现金。
3. Reception & Medical Forms / 挂号与问诊
Check in at the front desk and fill out our medical questionnaire. Multilingual forms (English/Chinese) are available to help you describe your symptoms accurately.
请在柜台办理挂号并填写问诊票。本院备有中、英文版问诊票，方便您准确描述病情。
4. Consultation & Treatment / 诊察与治疗
A dermatology specialist will examine your skin. We use translation devices to ensure you fully understand your diagnosis and treatment plan.
皮肤科专家将为您诊察。诊室内配备翻译设备，确保您能充分理解诊断结果及治疗方案。
5. Payment / 缴费结算
Pay at the counter. Payments are CASH ONLY for standard consultations. Credit cards are accepted only for Surgical Procedures or Self-pay services (without insurance).
请在柜台结算。一般门诊仅限现金支付。只有皮肤外科手术或不使用保险的自费诊疗才可使用信用卡。
6. Prescription & Pharmacy / 处方与取药
Receive your prescription and take it to any dispensing pharmacy nearby to collect your medication.
